Still Underway!

I was trying to hold off on posting until there was more definitive news but I know many of you are actively watching and praying, so I wanted to tell you all I know which is that about 2 hours ago they called out from the O.R. to say that all was going "fine" but they didn't offer any updated timelines. They were a bit delayed in taking her back, so we are just now approaching the 8 hour mark for when she went into surgery.

In typical "Lee fashion", she wanted to make sure that my birthday wasn't overshadowed by her BRAIN SURGERY (I told her that was a reasonable "trump card" but she wouldn't listen), so I've received a card and gift from Lee via her mom about every hour since she went in....I'm humbled and blessed! Thanks for your diligence in prayer and I promise to update again as soon as we have additional news to report.

Steve, from a patient family who's been there 18 times do not be alarmed at the time frame. Our twins last Jan/Feb having the same surgery as Lee went 9 hours and 13 hours. I know the waiting is a bit of a nightmare but Dr. B is the BEST and God is watching over his hands. Happy Birthday from the Currall Clan. We've been praying all day..... Blessings~
