Waiting Waiting

I apologize for bombarding you with posts. I struggle with not wanting to be a pest but also knowing when to post an update. Since we were expecting news on Monday, I decided I should send out an update tonight even though I have no news. After

leaving a couple of messages with the doctor's office yesterday and today, I spoke with the answering service late this afternoon. The doctor, along with all of his staff, is ill and the entire office has been closed yesterday and today. Since I wasn't listed as an actual appointment, I did not get called with this information. I promise to post when I hear something.

We have been so uplifted by your prayers and well wishes as we wait to hear results. I can't imagine what the last two days would have felt like without all of your support. It has definitely been a long two days waiting on the phone to ring but we have truly felt peace that only Jesus can provide! I'm sure those of you who know me well and know that I very rarely have a phone with me will be amazed that I have managed to keep my phone with me for 2 whole days!! See, miracles do still happen! (I haven't answered any other calls because I was afraid the doctor would call and I am terrible at the "call waiting" thing and always hang up on everybody! Definitely don't want to hang up on the doctor!!) Anyway, thank you for all your prayers and words of encouragement! We are so blessed to have such wonderful and loving family and friends.
